The illustrations' prices listed aren’t for commercial use; for that purpose please send me an email for a price consultation at Elian_Varela@outlook.com.ar
-
The prices listed are only base prices that could increase according to the complexity of the work. Things that could make the price go up: NSFW, backgrounds, detailed work, and basically anything that would increase working hours
-
Commission types on my list are just a helping guide to make choosing easier for you; if you want some other style you saw on one of my drawings that isn’t listed, and/or a different framing that those listed there, you can ask me and I’ll give you a price
-
I don’t make refunds unless I’ve gone way over the deadline and you can no longer wait for me, or that I decide I’m no longer able to work on your commission. In that case I’ll give you all your money back
Characteristics of the Artwork
Digital

-
PNG
-
RGB
-
Around A6 to A5 size depending on the framing
-
300dpi resolution

These characteristics are set so as to give quality to the drawing to be seen on a screen in its entirety. If you want a bigger size, to for example get a better quality when zooming in on the details in a fullbody piece, ask me for it and I’ll give you a price accordingly

Traditional

-
Paper or hardboard lined with gessoed fabric depending on the technique
-
Approximate size of an A5 paper
-
I add shipping charges to the prices listed according to the destination
I choose the size and type of support for my comfort when working and for the shipping to be cheaper, but if you prefer a bigger size or some other type of support like for example a canvas you can ask me for the price
Steps to commissioning me
-
Check my price list until you find the type you want, both in style and framing (bust, half-body, full-body)
-
Message me and tell me what type of commission you want, what is it about and attach your references
-
If you’re still not sure what kind of commission you want, or if what you want isn’t listed, you can ask me and I’ll guide you to see if we can reach an agreement
-
Once we settle on a price and payment method, I’ll send you the link to make it and, once I receive it, I’ll start working on your commission. I don’t start working without getting paid in advance
This is for me to be able to price things according to the level of difficulty right from the start. For longer or more complex commissions I could accept to divide the payment in stages, but I won’t start working on it until I receive a part of it.

If you’re worried about getting ripped-off or that I won’t be “motivated” to finish the work since I’ve already been paid let me tell you that I don’t get motivated for money I’m not sure I’m actually gonna get and, on the contrary, the responsibility and anxiety I get when I get paid pressures me more than enough to finish as fast as I’m able to.
Creative process
-
Once I receive the payment, I start working on the first quick sketch and then I’ll send it to you to know if I’m going in the right direction
-
On each stage of the process I’ll send you the progress so you can give me your corrections until you give me the ‘green light’ to move forward to the next stage
-
Once I send it you must carefully check for every detail so as to ask me for all the changes you want in one go since I make three revisions for free on each stage, if you need more, I’ll start charging them right away
-
This doesn’t apply to corrections that make me go back to a previous stage. For example: if you approved the sketch and when I send you the linework you ask me to add things that weren’t there, or take out things that were. That I’ll charge every time and right then and there before moving on to work on these changes
-
After finishing these corrections I’ll move to the next stage and then the cycle repeats itself until the piece is finished and then I’ll send you the file by email and/or the original artwork by mail
-
Once everything is done, I’ll ask you if I can post the work on my social media and, in case you say yes, I’ll ask if you want to be tagged or mentioned in the post and that’s it, all done <3
If halfway or by the end of the process you want me to keep working on it in a different way than previously agreed on you can tell me and I’ll only charge you the difference. For example: if you want me to color something that was only supposed to be linework, and the linework cost was of 8USD but with the coloring you want it would’ve been 14USD, then I would just charge those missing 6USD
Chef's recommendation
-
If you want to leave happy with your commission, I recommend checking my gallery and to commission me accordingly to the things you like about my work. I don’t have any problem with getting out of my comfort zone, but it would be kinda weird to, for example, seeing that I draw mostly people and then ask me to draw a mecha or a car
-
Sometimes it’s difficult to describe your ideas with words; there’s nothing like sending references: be it photos taken out of Google, photos of your own or even a doodle, everything is useful. The more specific you are the less confusions there’ll be, from the pose, to the clothes to any other important detail
-
For the general aesthetic of the drawing you can send a compilation of drawings of mine or of other artists, or pictures of any kind that could have the color palette or the mood you’re looking for if you don’t quite know how to describe it; for example, moodboards are very useful for that
It's mental illness, innit? Pls consider:
-
When possible, if we settle a date for me to send you progress, please refrain from sending me messages before that unless there’s something important for you to tell me or add or clarify. I’m a super anxious person so, if there’s any problem that would delay me, I’m probably gonna let you know in advance
-
If the time comes that you need to message me, I would really appreciate it if you just message me your concern right away instead of just saying ‘hi’ and then waiting for me to reply; unless we know each other, when money and a service is in the way, small-talk feels very pressuring
-
I’m not very good with words, even less so since English isn’t even my first language (it’s Spanish), so if anything I say sounds weird, or maybe you suspect I didn’t understand something you said, please don’t be afraid to ask or clarify. Fully knowing my client’s needs is important for me to be able to deliver and make them happy 😊
